Open Door Baltimore does not charge for any goods or services . . .
. . . because our clients do not have the means to pay for our help.
Our goal is to become totally non-dependent on major third-party funding . . .
. . . we think it's important to maintain autonomous control over our mission and work.
A key ODB strategy is to eventually only need foundation grants for program services
with our basic operating expenses covered by thousands of private donors.
Although we are not there yet, we are getting closer each month . . .
. . . believe it or not, the centerpiece of our current funding is the small, monthly donor.
We are grateful for the many individuals and small groups
that have bought into our vision of the $10-a-month donation.
